One of the emcees we have studied Kendrick Lamar Duckworth known as Kendrick Lamar.Kendrick was born in Compton,California June 17 1987 and is 29 years of age. Kendrick Lamar was brought up in the home town of the music group called NWA who also rapped socially conscious lyrics such as when the spoke about police brutality and discrimination against blacks.Kendrick gained his publicity by releasing a mixtape which interested local music companies
