In a small two bedroom flat in the busy streets of south London lived a man named Bill.He had a family of four,him, his wife and two kids both boys.He has been fired from work and its almost inevitable that he will lose his home.Now that he has been fired he can not afford to put a meal on the table let alone pay rent,he blames the government and media for the crisis hes in.”I cant find any jobs,my family are suffering,the media neglect us and the government is doing nothing about it”.The media and government neglect the people who are homeless because they believe it will affect the country’s look on wide scale,therefore they choose to ignore people like bill and his family.
Bill had a ruff childhood,coming from a poor family and had a bad education.He spent days and nights without power and food,his father managed to secure a job and get just enough money to pay rent and provide for his family,him and his family may not Be as lucky this shows that there are children in need.In the UK,many people are in poverty.This is not only adults who are suffering but children,it’s proven that over 1/4 of children And are desperately seeking help.In London over half a million went to a food bank from April-September.188,884 of those were children,this goes to show just how many people are in need and just how much of an impact poverty has caused.
When people are need seek money in order to survive,they tend to claim benefits.This could be a miracle for some,it could help them put food on the table for them or there family’s and do not have to go days without power and electricity. (ADD NEW PARAGRAPH)
The people who are in poverty are the ones who are treated like outcasts by the media and government.They ignore and neglect the people in need, they do this because they believe it will give the country a bad look on a world wide scale,it will also help politicians get elected because they are promising things in order for them to get more votes.
